TEEN MOMS IN ACTION PROGRAM
​
Babies born to young mothers are often likely to become young parents themselves. So our Teen Moms in Action Program provides support to young mothers to help break the cycle of poverty by giving them the resources necessary to help them continue their schooling, and learn how to create a stable, safe, and supporting home environment for their baby.
PROJECT DAYCARE PROGRAM
Project Daycare Services provides services to low-income families with children ages 0-3 years old. This program focuses on child development programs which seek to enhance the development of infants and toddlers through a family-centered approach which includes family and community involvement.

NURSE ADVOCATE SERVICES

Parents who bring their babies home from the hospital are often left with many unanswered questions ranging from what to do about diaper rash to how to get their baby to sleep through the night. FFCOS Nurse Advocates help parents of newborns adjust to their new life by providing in-home support, tools, and resources as needed.
FATHERHOOD PROJECT PROGRAM
There is a large number of mothers in our community that is raising children without the presence of fathers. The lack of father involvement has negatively impacted the lives of the children physically, emotionally, and socially in our community. The Fatherhood Project Program helps to improve the role of fathers in the lives of children. Fathers play an important role in the mental health of their children, and this program helps nurture a deeper connection between babies and their fathers at an early stage of development.
CARE PACKAGES
Becoming a parent is one of the most difficult decisions two people can make. Of course it is rewarding, however, the physical and emotional pressures placed on parents make it important to look out for those who are in need of assistance. Care Packages helps support moms during the first year of baby's life. Each Package contains essential baby items and information about growth and development during each critical stage.
PEDIATRIC HOUSE CALL SERVICES
Pediatric House Call Services provides in-home services to children of all ages. We help mothers of young children avoid long hours in the waiting rooms, and access to an experienced board certified provider in the comfort of their own home.
